![]() ![]() Probably don't need to worry about maxing holy shield, cause everything is going to melt from auras. Personally, I would max resist fire, resist lightning, salvation and conviction, then put 1 point into zeal and holy shield. I've been theorycrafting this a bit cause it seems like a lot of fun. My brother is going to try for this very expensive build, don't know if he's following a specific build guide for it, collecting the pieces first is going to take a long time, so I can't answer the specific guide questions. Not in the least because my energy shield is stronger and it just helps a bunch with regeneration. My sorc worked way better with extra energy. Slightly off topic: Why do all the guides say to leave Energy at base? Even for Sorcs. My friend plays a Necromancer and I was looking to have some synergy with him as well. The other main Aura that seems like a good idea to invest into would be Salvation. I get the impression that Conviction tends to be more useful than Fanaticism. Remaining skill points can be used to buff Vengeance through defensive auras.Try for all the Auradin gear (yes I know this is the hard part).Vengeance (because spectral will hit extra hard with reduced resistance due to conviction + stacks well with defensive auras). The above lack of understand left me with a (mostly Avenger) build idea: Obviously an Auradin is meant to deal damage with aura's, but wouldn't it makes sense to also invest in Zeal or Vengeance? The other part I don't understand in this build that there is not a single point put in a direct attack skill. ![]() With both Holy Shock and Holy Fire being granted from Runewords, you'll want to invest 20 points in Resist Fire and 20 points into Resist Lightning to maximize the damage from both of these Passive Auras. I was hoping someone could clarify some aspects of this build. I was looking into building an Omnidin and read this build guide: ![]()
